We want you to love your beauty routine, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your Google account and visit your order history to select the beauty items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided label; we will track the journey back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
